Well I have read through the whole book and found it to be very different to other weight loss methods I have used before, this book shows you the whole picture about weight gain. It then gives you all the information and secrets you need to reduce your body fat to the levels you desire.
It's definitely not a guide for quick weight loss, in fact it's the opposite of fast weight loss. The whole idea is to reduce body fat very slowly, this is the only effective method for long term success.
Anyway I found the book well worth the money, there are some good extras thrown in as well. It's a very good investment, I won't be following any more diets or buying any more supplements for now on, so in that sense it has actually saved me a good deal of money!
The author Tom Venuto was a pro natural bodybuilder, he has been in the field and seen all the tricks and secrets bodybuilders and fitness models use to get sub 10% body fat levels.
Bodybuilders and fitness models need to get low body fat levels to show off their muscle tone. Tom reveals all the little secrets they use to turn their bodies into full blown fat burning machines. It's very detailed and sometimes I think he is a little obsessed with the subject, he can go into details too much in my opinion.
Still I believe this book should be in anyone's collection of they are serious about reaching low body fat levels.
Very detailed yet very clear, if you don't know how to lose fat after reading burn the fat feed the muscle you never will know!
Sure there is a lot of information to take in but you can start with reading the 2 small reports you get with it “foods that burn fat” and “foods that turn to fat” just reading those two guides will get you off on the right path until you finish reading the main guide.
Once you get your body type determined and work out your calorie intake plus protein – carb and fat ratios your set to go! For the price it beats any book you can buy from amazon in my opinion.
The book is not only an excellent guide for fat loss it is also gets to the root of your weight problems. Might be abit long for some, but well worth reading.
Keep the muscle it will help you burn more fat 24/7. I like the idea of diet rotation as well, high protein days followed by a carb day will keep you in a fat burning state, you won't be hitting any weight loss plateaus on this program!
The only thing it comes down to is willpower and a clear goal in mind. If you really are stick of excess body fat then Tom Venuto will reveal all the tips you need to know to get ripped!
He does allow you to have cheat days which helps to keep the motivation going. I must use maybe 5 to 6 fat loss techniques within the book to help me get my body fat levels to sub 10%, but obviously most of us gain and lose a few pounds every few months.
Nevertheless when you have a fat loss goal in mind you can easily use the techniques within the book to hit your goals and stroll on the beach with a well defined body!
