Yep I've been on the BFFM system for some time now. I've lost nearly 30lbs of ugly body fat thanks to thi system!

The fat loss is slow though, if your looking for fast weight loss this isn't the book for you. This is a system that only allows you to lose 2 to 3 lbs a week maximum. Tom would even say 3lbs is too much!

This is the whole point about BFFM, it's about losing your body fat and not your fat burning muscle!

I've suffered with body weight problems for most of my life (I'm 44). I have tried nearly every single supplement and diet that's ever been invented. Some I have had some success with (Dukan and Atkins) but the majority I have had no success in long-term body weight maintenance.

I kept hearing from friends about Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, some said the book was quite different to other weight loss methods and diets. The relationship you have with food and your reasons for overeating are at the core of burn the fat feed the muscle.

Well I have read through the whole book and found it to be very different to other weight loss methods I have used before, this book shows you the whole picture about weight gain. It then gives you all the information and secrets you need to reduce your body fat to the levels you desire.

It's definitely not a guide for quick weight loss, in fact it's the opposite of fast weight loss. The whole idea is to reduce body fat very slowly, this is the only effective method for long term success.

Anyway I found the book well worth the money, there are some good extras thrown in as well. It's a very good investment, I won't be following any more diets or buying any more supplements for now on, so in that sense it has actually saved me a good deal of money!

I love burn the fat feed the muscle. It's the first real book that tells you everything you need to know about fat loss.

The author Tom Venuto was a pro natural bodybuilder, he has been in the field and seen all the tricks and secrets bodybuilders and fitness models use to get sub 10% body fat levels.

Bodybuilders and fitness models need to get low body fat levels to show off their muscle tone. Tom reveals all the little secrets they use to turn their bodies into full blown fat burning machines. It's very detailed and sometimes I think he is a little obsessed with the subject, he can go into details too much in my opinion.

Still I believe this book should be in anyone's collection of they are serious about reaching low body fat levels.

I've been using the burn the fat system for 3 years now and have enjoyed a very lean physique as a result from using strategies within the book. I read through the whole thing twice to make sure I totally understood it.

Sure there is a lot of information to take in but you can start with reading the 2 small reports you get with it “foods that burn fat” and “foods that turn to fat” just reading those two guides will get you off on the right path until you finish reading the main guide.

Once you get your body type determined and work out your calorie intake plus protein – carb and fat ratios your set to go! For the price it beats any book you can buy from amazon in my opinion.

Excellent "fat loss guide", it is true when you read the book it all starts to make sense. Hold onto your precious muscle, use it to burn fat by having protein at eevery meal. Muscle keeps the metabolism fired up and is also burning calories all the time, that's why it is so essential for you to hold onto.

The book is not only an excellent guide for fat loss it is also gets to the root of your weight problems. Might be abit long for some, but well worth reading.

Yep no doubt the book is packed full of useful tips for successful fat loss. It's true most people concentrate on weight loss instead of fat loss, this is a major mistake I was making as well. Lose fat not muscle! is one of the central themes in the book.

Keep the muscle it will help you burn more fat 24/7. I like the idea of diet rotation as well, high protein days followed by a carb day will keep you in a fat burning state, you won't be hitting any weight loss plateaus on this program!

The only thing it comes down to is willpower and a clear goal in mind. If you really are stick of excess body fat then Tom Venuto will reveal all the tips you need to know to get ripped!

Great book but very long. I made plenty of notes along the way as there is a lot of useful information you should note down. Discipline is the real key to successful fat loss, if you really desire to lose a lot of body fat you will need to stick to a fairly rigid diet plan.

He does allow you to have cheat days which helps to keep the motivation going. I must use maybe 5 to 6 fat loss techniques within the book to help me get my body fat levels to sub 10%, but obviously most of us gain and lose a few pounds every few months.

Nevertheless when you have a fat loss goal in mind you can easily use the techniques within the book to hit your goals and stroll on the beach with a well defined body!
