Really detailed shoulder routine. I like the idea of focusing on performing the exercises correctly and slowly, this stimulates the muscles to total muscular failure and should really help with both muscle growth and definition.

Interesting shoulder routine. I can see it shaping the shoulders, but will it actually pack on muscle?
